Yup. I was right. Soaking in the hot springs first thing in the morning was the best part of this day.
Faywood Hot Springs is just off Highway 61 (look for the bleachers out in the sun) between Silver City and Deming, New Mexico. The teepee was booked, so I stayed in one of the travel trailers. Site of a former hotel, the present owners are restoring it slowly; what they've done so far is just great as far as I'm concerned.
