Looking for a Fish Without a Barcode

my Y2K journey through India and Thailand

I saw the dawning of a new Millennium from the deck of a coconut-fiber houseboat, floating in the backwaters of Kerala, in southern India. Then I was off to Thailand, for a liveaboard dive trip in the Andaman Sea. No Y2K computer glitches for me, I had to go, somewhere where the fish don't have barcodes.

That's the executive summary. I had many more adventures, and a smattering of Deep Thoughts. Here are the details:

Chapter 6 - Massage and Mountains March 14 to March 29 - Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Mae Hong Son

Chapter 7 - Money's Easy, Love's Tough - Singapore,  returning to America on April Fool's Day
